About Our Agency:Our agency opened its legacy office in April 2013 and expanded with our MOA office in November 2019, growing into a collaborative, people first team. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years in IT marketing, but my passion for helping others, especially with financial planning, led me into agency life. I hold two Bachelor's degrees and two Master's degrees, and I am a proud parent of a 20 year old son studying Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, pickleball, and yoga, and I stay active in the community through cultural associations and contributions to St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Our office culture is family like and team oriented, with a strong focus on collaboration and supporting one another, and we are looking for team members who are empathetic, passionate about helping people, and persistent in following up to deliver great service.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jay Munj - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
