Required Skills
  • bachelor's degree in geography or a related field and 3+ years of work experience in the development and maintenance of geographic information systems (GIS).
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing ESRI's ArcGIS Maps SDK.
  • 3+ years of experience with scripting and development languages (Python, HTML, CSS, JQuery and Bootstrap, C#).
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL Database, ArcGIS Server Administration for ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • 3+ years of experience with GIS software standards and capabilities; ability to analyze and accommodate GIS user requirements; ability to develop and manage GIS projects effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS server infrastructure and ArcGIS Enterprise Portal maintenance.

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
