Position Responsibilities:/pulliAccomplish warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees./liliAchieve warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews./liliPrepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends./liliMeet warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions./liliDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping./liliAccomplish warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed./li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliU.S. Citizen./liliMust be able to acquire a fully adjudicated Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Background Investigation (BI)./liliEight (8) years of experience is required in organizing, directing, and managing warehouse operations, contract logistics and maintenance operations support functions and multiple complex and inter-related project tasks./li/ulpPosition is located in Newington, Virginia./p/div
