Job Summary: You will ensure a clean, organized Back Room and perform essential tasks to accurately receive all deliveries, protecting Company assets and enhancing customer experiences.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work with various products without allergic reactions.
  • Tolerance for dust and cleaning agents.
  • Flexibility to work in different temperature conditions.
  • Friendly and helpful customer interaction.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to comply with all work schedules and attendance policies.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure grocery storage is clean, neat, and prepared for the next shift.
  • Handle product returns and manage damaged goods following Company policy.
  • Verify and check the accuracy of all invoices.
  • Assist customers with friendly service.
  • Maintain safety standards when operating equipment.
  • Keep work areas organized and compliant with sanitation standards.
  • Perform lifting, unloading, and transporting of merchandise.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product locations and pricing.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in various training programs and maintain good attendance.
