Brief Expectation of the Role: DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer who will play a key role in enabling seamless software delivery and operational processes. The ideal candidate will manage source code repositories, automate build and deployment pipelines, support environment releases, and ensure smooth CI/CD processes. This role requires foundational cloud knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. Job Description Source Code Management:
• Manage and maintain Git repositories, implement branching strategies, and oversee merging and PR workflows to support clean and collaborative development. Build and Packaging:
• Compile and package applications using standard build tools, ensuring consistent artifact generation across environments. CI/CD Pipeline Development & Maintenance:
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab, enabling smooth and reliable build-test-deploy cycles. Deployment Process & Release Support:
• Support application deployments across DEV/QA/UAT/Prod environments, ensuring stability and adherence to best practices. Scripting & Automation:
• Write automation scripts (Shell/Python) to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve CI/CD efficiency. Containerization (Docker & OpenShift):
• Work with Docker images and containers, understand basic orchestration, and leverage containerization for consistency and portability. Cloud Knowledge:
• Demonstrate familiarity with key cloud services and support DevOps workflows in cloud environments. Monitoring & Logging Tools:
• Utilize tools such as SonarQube, Splunk, CloudWatch, and Grafana to track performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in incident analysis. Communication & Collaboration:
• Communicate technical topics clearly, collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 per year
