Job Details

• Position is in an outpatient surgery center setting,
• Primarily Pre-Op unit responsibilities,
• Day shifts with 10-hour shifts (AM schedule),
• No on-call required,
• 13-week contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required,
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required,
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted),
• Former staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year, or 18 months if returning to the same facility,

Additional Information

• Primary role is to provide pre-operative care to surgical patients in an outpatient setting,
• Strict rules for requested time off: up to 5 days if not around a holiday, up to 3 days if it falls on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed,
• If multiple days off are requested during the holiday period, requests must be spread out and not consecutive,
• Holiday coverage may be required in accordance with facility policy,
