6) Training Specialist (Level III, optional but recommended) (Part-time) (Level III) Location: Tallahassee, FL (hybrid) • Term: ~6.5 months • Type: Contract Pay Rate: $100.82/hour (Part-time), Estimated 120 hours Checks: FDOT/FBI Level II Summary Design and deliver role-based training (admins, BCM analysts, BIA contributors, AI governance stakeholders, executives) with recordings, assessments, and in-platform Knowledge Articles to ensure adoption. Core outcomes • 10+ sessions delivered; recordings & materials posted; &Client;90% CSAT, &Client;80% pass • KA library (indexed, ACL'd) published and maintained • Handover complete with enablement plan and office hours Responsibilities • Training needs analysis; curriculum and lab build; assessments & surveys • Deliver hybrid sessions; manage logistics and attendance; report outcomes • Coordinate with PM/SMEs to embed standards/policies into KA content Minimum qualifications • Experience: 2+ yrs technical training for ServiceNow or similar platforms • Education: Bachelor's in Education/IS/Communications (or equivalent exp) • Certifications: ServiceNow Micro-Certs (BCM/IRM helpful), CompTIA CTT+ or equivalent (preferred); ITIL 4 (preferred)
