Join this dynamic team Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading manufacturer in the St. Cloud area, to hire an Associate Recruiter. This company is hiring for a full-time, temporary assignment while the role is being filled on a permanent basis. What will you do as an Associate Recruiter:
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting through offer acceptance
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, referrals, and internal systems
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Support safety and quality initiatives as required
What you need to be an Associate Recruiter:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience; manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Flexibility to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic
