Your role will encompass designing, developing, and testing a wide variety of containers for product protection, display, and handling. You'll determine packaging specifications based on product nature, cost limitations, legal requirements, and protection needs against external variables like moisture, chemicals, temperature, and handling. Additional responsibilities include:
- Designing package exteriors with product identification, sales appeal, aesthetic quality, and production techniques in mind.
- Managing documentation and coordinating Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Supporting prototype line development in manufacturing facilities/plants.
As a specialist, you will typically be an individual contributor with a focus on your professional discipline. You will manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. You may also mentor colleagues or direct the work of junior professionals, spending most of your time overseeing projects from design to implementation while adhering to company policies.

Required Knowledge and Experience
We are looking for candidates with practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience. A University Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience, is required.
