Project Accountant

We are seeking a Project Accountant to join a growing organization in Miami. This role supports project-level accounting functions and works closely with operations, project managers, and leadership. Experience with Yardi is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounting for multiple active projects
- Track project costs, budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare job cost reports and variance analysis
- Process invoices, pay applications, and change orders
- Reconcile project accounts and ensure accurate cost allocation
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5+ years of project or construction/real estate accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Yardi preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
