Vice President, Wound Care Community and Provider Relations

The Vice President of Community and Provider Relations is responsible for developing and executing the
firms' strategic plan to achieve same store sales growth targets and expand and retain provider referral
relationships. The VP will work in partnership with field level corporate and regional leadership to develop
and maintain a high performing team to achieve business objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create effective regionalized direct sales to assist RXH physician and community liaison ("PCL")
team, clinical coordinators, program directors and other key staff to achieve new patient admission
and census goals.
• Ensure that the PCLs are trained and participating in ongoing mentorship programs.
• Partner with Division Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to ensure quarterly sales plans are
properly developed and actively executed.
• Recruit community providers to the RXH wound center's panel of healthcare providers.
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective sales and marketing
organization. Ensure all staff are prepared to effectively articulate the company's value proposition
and services.
• Provide ongoing regional support through effective communication of vision, active coaching and
development of staff.
• Actively compare results to goals and provide recommendations to regional leadership to develop
staff as necessary.
• Coordinate regular field visits with Regional Directors and PCLs in the field for observation, mentoring
and measurement of results.
• Facilitates and provides coaching and feedback reports, performance reviews and performance
improvement plans as assigned.
• Manage and effectively execute the company's' CRM platform to ensure proprietary customer
relationship data is current and actively maintained. Ensure consistency in training, implementation
and use as per policy. Develop weekly, monthly performance reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively identifies changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressure to develop
and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts to budget and other reports required by the
business.
• Develop key metrics and management dashboard to ensure real time reporting of critical performance
indicators.
• Work in partnership with Vice President, Marketing and key leadership to develop, revise and
conceptualize marketing initiatives, campaigns, strategies and collateral materials.
• Manage sales budget, compensation programs and ensure incentives and compensation programs
are properly aligned to achieve desired results in conjunction with Human Resources.
• Partners with corporate, operations/regional leadership in the development of key customer relationship retention strategies.
• Establish effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales and marketing strategies.
• Administer and uphold all the Company's values and policies and procedures.
• Continuously work towards the Company's goal and vision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Minimum (5-10) years healthcare sales management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or sciences preferred
• Business related analytical and computer skills
• Minimum of (5) years in direct sales team management
• Experience with developing and managing effective CRM databases

• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and manage a diverse team in a matrix organization
• Willing to travel extensively and actively engage with all levels of staff
• Track record of success and demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans and goals
• Ability to professionally develop, motivate and coach teams
• Proven skills in strategy development, project management, problem solving and change
management
• Solid understanding of healthcare, hospital systems and regulatory requirements and issues
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and coaching skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires periods of time in which sitting, standing, use of hand and foot motion, vision, hearing, summarizing, focusing with frequent interruptions along with other physical, sensory and cognitive sensory functions are required.
