Job Summary
Aaron Bates Real Estate Company, based in Massapequa, is looking for a driven and professional Showing Assistant. In this key position, you will lead clients on property tours and offer crucial support during the home buying journey. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property tours for potential buyers and renters, providing a polished and informative experience.
- Communicate with clients to schedule showings that fit their availability and preferences.
- Assist with staging properties to highlight important features and improve appeal.
- Provide detailed information about properties and respond to client questions during viewings.
- Gather and record feedback from clients after showings, promptly sharing insights with the lead agent for follow-up.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current listings and market trends.
- Ensure property security after showings by locking doors and activating alarm systems as needed.
- Possession of a valid New York State Real Estate License
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related industry
- In-depth understanding of the Massapequa real estate market and nearby regions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational capabilities
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Skilled in utilizing real estate software and CRM platforms
- Access to dependable transportation and a current driver's license
- Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends to meet client demands
- Maintains a professional appearance and conduct
- Strong ethical standards with a dedication to protecting client confidentiality
