Role Overview:

As part of our Tax Accounting Services (TAS) group, you will collaborate with clients to deliver a wide range of services—including co-sourcing, outsourcing, advisory, and audit. In the role of Tax Associate, you will contribute to significant projects, making your technical skills essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tax provision configuration solutions
• Create income tax configuration solutions
• Design and deploy automated workbooks using tax software
• Conduct tax account reconciliations and analyses
• Document processes and create flowcharts
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Identify and implement tax provision and compliance solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred
• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for CPA is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or a mix of corporate and public experience
• Familiarity with income tax provision (ASC 740)
• Experience with consolidated C-Corps and multi-state/multi-national organizations is a plus
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) is an advantage
• Able to cultivate positive client relationships

The salary range for this role is between $51,000.00 and $108,500.00 per year, depending on factors such as experience, skillset, licensure, and organizational needs.
