Job Summary:

As a skilled HVAC Technician, you will diagnose and resolve issues in HVAC equipment and related systems, ensuring optimal performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead preventive maintenance for all residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
  • Assist in advanced HVAC and appliance repair as part of your ongoing training.
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks to manage service requests effectively.
  • Maintain company inventory and equipment with a focus on quality.

Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge of tools and materials used in HVAC service.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the sales of all services offered by our company.
  • Expertise in servicing HVAC systems and appliances.
  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Skilled in servicing gas and electric water heaters.

Education/Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience or a combination of experience and formal vocational training in HVAC systems.
  • CFC certification I and II, Maryland State HVAC Journeyman License, and Gas Fitter Card are required.

Competencies:

This role involves time in direct supervision and the application of various established procedures to complete tasks. You may also be assigned temporary complex duties by your supervisor.

Physical and Other Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory, and candidates must meet the company's driving standards.
  • Recent criminal convictions related to the role could disqualify applicants.
