Salary Range: $18.50 - $25.50

Pay Info: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are currently seeking a full time Certified Nursing Assistant to be part of our dynamic nursing team. If you are passionate about caring for seniors, apply today

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: 6am to 2:30pm
  • Every other weekend/holiday required
  • Additional weekend differential offered

Our facility is a 55-bed center providing rehabilitation and senior living, situated conveniently about 30 minutes from Sioux Falls.

Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides essential care to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalized nursing care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Meeting the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plan.
  • Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other daily tasks.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs, and facilitating safe transfers and mobility.
  • Supporting dining experiences, including meal preparation and assistance.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residents' living areas.
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident conditions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
  • Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
  • Must obtain CNA certification within four months if not already certified.
  • Yearly competency testing and 12 hours of continuing education required.
