Role Summary
As a Customer Billing & Accounting Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for residential customers, including pre-pay and distributed generation accounts. Your work directly supports the financial integrity of one of Arizona's leading environmental utilities, helping customers stay informed and empowered in their energy usage.
Key Responsibilities

Review and adjust customer accounts before invoicing

Validate energy usage and billing accuracy

Process meter exchanges and installations
-
Maintain and update billing statements and customer records
-
Verify agency assistance payments
-
Transition customers to prepay programs and monitor activity
-
Collaborate across departments to resolve billing concerns

Use tools like MS Suite, CIS system, and Archive database to perform duties
Qualifications
Required:

Strong attendance and reliability

Proficiency with basic Excel formulas

High attention to detail and quality

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred:

Experience in customer billing or accounting

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
