With over 20 years of experience, we understand the care industry inside and out. As a LPN Nurse at ComForCare, you will play a vital role in crafting personalized care plans, ensuring our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Graduates of an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN or RN license in your state of practice
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
- Additional state-regulated requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of client health, including physical, psychological, and environmental factors.
- Creating individualized care plans based on comprehensive data analysis and the latest scientific research.
- Implementing interventions aimed at achieving measurable client outcomes.
- Regularly updating care plans to reflect changes and progress toward client goals.
- Administering medications as required.
- Maintaining detailed client records documenting assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Coordinating referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
Salary Range: $28-$32 per hour
