Your Role: Electrical Engineer

Based in our Spindale, NC home office, the Electrical Engineer will play a key role in supporting commercial and industrial construction projects. You will contribute to electrical system design, engineering support, and the overall performance and productivity of field installations.

Key Responsibilities
• Read, interpret, and apply construction documents, drawings, and schematics
• Develop detailed designs and technical specifications for electrical systems
• Identify and recommend engineered solutions to field challenges
• Contribute to project planning, layout, and installation strategies
• Support the implementation of prefabrication techniques for efficiency
• Collaborate with field teams to improve installation productivity
• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Bluebeam,Procore, and/or ConEst
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with project goals
• Work as part of a collaborative engineering and construction team

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering for commercial and/or industrialconstruction projects
• Background in project engineering, estimating, pre-fabrication, or project controls
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, Procore, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
