Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Engineer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01507 Salary Range: $75K - $100K Permanent Position with Benefits. A well-established local Architectural & Engineering firm specializing in retail is seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors of Science Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. 3 - 10 years' experience doing HVAC & Plumbing engineering and design for facilities Proficient with AutoCAD & Revit Perform system design layout and sizing for assigned projects. Prepare construction documents & specifications, design distribution systems and plumbing systems (water, gas, sanitary). Attend design coordination meetings with team members and client's representative. MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experienced Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
