About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Experience Representative to join our team at Absolute Recomp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our facility during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and secure the facility during overnight hours
  • Greet and assist members with any inquiries or concerns
  • Handle member check-ins and sign-ups
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work overnight hours
