What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
  • Maintain and repair converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot and repair A/C & D/C drives, programmable controllers, and their control systems
  • Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance tasks while ensuring proper completion
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Utilize maintenance software to track work and complete required paperwork
  • Maximize equipment utilization to run at full capacity and speed
  • Mentor other maintenance team members and share best practices
Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Class B maintenance qualifications
  • Own tools necessary for maintenance tasks
  • Prior experience in the corrugated industry is preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, factory masters, and measurements accurately
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of equipment operation
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
