Compensation Range: $35-45/hr

Job Description:
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and data teams by translating requirements into actionable Tableau dashboards that deliver clear, data-driven insights.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting and analytics requirements
  
• Translate business needs into clear data specifications for data developers
  
• Enhance, expand, and optimize existing Tableau dashboards independently
  
• Apply Tableau best practices for performance, usability, and visual clarity
  
• Proactively recommend and implement dashboard improvements
  
• Design interactive dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights
  
• Document dashboard enhancements, logic, and data workflows
  
• Provide guidance to business users on dashboard usage and data interpretation
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 5 years of experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
    
  • Advanced Tableau skills (dashboard development, optimization, best practices)
    
  • Proven experience in business analysis or data visualization roles
    
  • Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
    
  • Experience partnering with data development teams
    
  • Working knowledge of SQL
    
  • Strong data acumen and attention to detail
    
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Salesforce experience
  • Asset management or financial services industry experience
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
