Your role will be to ensure clients feel valued and supported while actively engaging with them, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, and distributing marketing materials to keep them informed and engaged during wait times.

What You Need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory
