Electrician Maintenance Mechanic

Job Purpose:

Perform various facilities maintenance functions.

Nature of Duties:

Job requirements may include but are not limited to:
  • General plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair tostructure and equipment
  • Carpentry, painting, cleaning, repairs or improvements to facility within compliance of code regulations
  • Construction, repair or alterations to walls, roofs, office fixtures, etc.
  • Prepare reports and other duties, as required
  • Requires lifting up to 30 pounds, good body mechanics, and the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Associates degree or vocational trainingin related field or equivalent desired
Education and Experience:
  • Generally requires a High School diploma
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Commercial or industrial painting experience (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical stamina to perform task
  • Comfortable working on tall ladders or scaffolding
  • Attention to detail

To fulfill these responsibilities, we are looking for an individual with 2 to 4 years experience in Facilities Maintenance who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
