Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Expand your skills and knowledge across a wide array of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate effectively with your teammates to address customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Work alongside other technicians to tackle challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Current employment as a master technician in the automotive sector.
  • Positive demeanor and a strong desire to serve our customers.
  • At least 10 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred or a commitment to obtain them.
  • Proven competency in vehicle drivability for all makes and models.
  • Aim to meet or exceed hourly service goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance with strong communication skills.
  • Interest in long-term career advancement.
  • Must possess a comprehensive set of tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Comfortable working with tools above head level.
  • Capable of navigating tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity necessary to use hand tools efficiently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Skilled in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in using computers and tablets for digital vehicle inspections.
