Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3 to join our agile development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of front-end development projects-from requirement analysis and design to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define UI/UX requirements and translate them into responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces.
  • Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions using React.js and backend integrations via Node.js.
  • Handle large datasets (10K+ records) efficiently in the UI using techniques like virtualization, pagination, lazy loading, and optimized rendering.
  • Apply performance optimization strategies such as code splitting, memoization, and minimizing re-renders to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.
  • Design and implement secure, maintainable, and reusable components using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and ensure secure authentication flows.
  • Maintain high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Deliver projects within tight timelines without compromising on quality by leveraging agile methodologies, effective prioritization, and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience in handling large-scale data rendering and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SSO integration and secure front-end development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design).
