As a Financial Operations Analyst at Tech Etch, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing solutions for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing overall business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to implement changes and ensure alignment with business goals.   
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.  
  • Create reports and forecasts using statistical modeling and data analysis to provide insights into operational performance. 
  • Implement new processes, policies, and protocols, and monitor their effectiveness. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field is required
  • 5+ years of related financial experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and addressing operational issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying standard costing methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and the use of analytical software. 
  • Experience in project management for managing operational improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP Systems to effectively manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to work with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.

  Schedule: Hybrid Role based in Plymouth, MA, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM    Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled     Salary Range: $56,000- $64,000 annually.  This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $56,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
