We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and advanced data initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our data solutions.

Please note: Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Our w2 consultants enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. w2

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build reliable, scalable data pipelines and architectures.
  • Ingest, transform, and store large, complex data sets utilizing modern ETL/ELT processes.
  • Support data warehousing and data lake environments across cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of data across different platforms.
  • Research and analyze tools, technologies, and methodologies independently.
  • Handle sensitive and proprietary information with confidentiality.
Experience Requirements Essential Technical Skills
  • Proficient in scripting, analysis, or ETL languages (e.g., SQL, Python) with a quick learning aptitude for new tools and techniques.
  • Experienced in managing large data sets and working with modern data platforms, including Big Data, cloud, and streaming services.
  • Knowledgeable in data warehousing and lake technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure.
  • Familiar with distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or MapReduce.
  • Proficient with data visualization tools like Excel and Tableau.
  • Understanding of core concepts in major machine learning techniques.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
