As a Parts and Service Sales Representative, you will be the frontline person for our customers, handling inquiries related to repairs, equipment and parts. Your expertise will empower you to complete cold calls and generate sales from both new and existing customers. You will play a pivotal role in promoting aftermarket sales, addressing customer concerns, and elevating the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do
• Customer Champion: Be the friendly face or voice our customers can rely on for all inquiries related to parts, repairs, and maintenance. Build lasting relationships that keep the customers coming back for more.
• Driver Sales and Market Growth: Drive your business to new heights with a proactive approach to order intake and sales.
• Goal Getter: Rise to the occasion and crush monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Collaborative Success: Work closely with our Sales and Leasing Departments to exceed customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, or crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal skills with customers, management, and team members.
• Travel as needed to other Company locations by vehicle, plane, or train.
