PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team of 5 Physicians (including 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist), 5NP/PAsand 18 additional staff.

• Great position for work/life balance.

• Call: rotation including weekends; coverage includes inpatient diabetes care.We will openly discuss this as part of the interview process.

• Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, a 344-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center -or- Essentia Health-Duluth, a 165-bed hospital - both located on the same connected campus.

• Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management.

• Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices includingpumps, sensors, and meters.

• Primarily outpatient practice:Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.

• Some outreach possible.

• No evening, weekend, or holiday call.

• Patient volume/day: 10-12.

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE in Endocrinology, or

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care.

COMPENSATION

• $309,000 for BC/BE Endocrinologist.Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
