Front End Engineer

An AI client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Front End Engineer to work remotely for their team. We are seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer to join their dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern web development principles, tools, and best practices, along with deep expertise in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, particularly Next.js and React.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and Next.js.
- Collaborate on design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize for speed and accessibility.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Improve team processes and best practices.
This is a full time, direct hire role, and the base salary range is anywhere between $100,000-$120,000. Candidates will be working fully remote.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
Expertise in React (hooks, context API) and Next.js (SSR/SSG).
Modern CSS (Tailwind, Styled Components).
Responsive design and accessibility knowledge.
Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand).
Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library).
Git and CI/CD workflows.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SEO and PWA experience.
Knowledge of web security best practices.
Familiarity with analytics tools and headless CMS.
Internationalization (i18n) experience.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
