This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade while embodying the Safelite Spirit with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
What You Will Learn:
- Hands-on and classroom training in the Safelite way.
- Techniques for installing and repairing auto glass.
- Recalibration of automotive safety systems, including diagnostic testing.
- Providing additional services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Study and achieve certification as a proficient Safelite Technician.
- Safe handling of company and customer vehicles, as well as tools and chemicals.
Your Perks:
- Starting pay at $21.25/hour, increasing to $25.25/hour after certification.
- Additional earnings of $5 for each set of wiper blades sold.
- Comprehensive benefits package valued at over $10k, including 401(k) matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

- Capable of standing for extended periods and working in tight spaces.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
