Responsibilities

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners who have relevant experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. Ideal candidates are those who want to practice with a strong emphasis on personalized patient care rather than volume. We encourage our clinicians to dedicate the time necessary to adequately address patient needs.

Qualifications
  • Licensed as a NP in the relevant state
  • Federal DEA License/eligibility
  • Geriatric training/experience is preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Board Certification

Compensation

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $118,094.90/Yr.
Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $144,279.00/Yr.
Pay Transparency: Individual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
