Job Summary:

Position Title: Radiology Technologists (as-needed basis role)
Location: San Francisco, CA 94110
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM 12-hour shifts
(This is an as-needed role with no guaranteed hours. Radiologic Technologists will be notified at least 18 hours in advance if coverage is required.)
Pay rate: $80/hr
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Require at least one year of full-time experience in the past two years in an acute care hospital or clinical imaging environment similar in size and operation to ZSFG is required for
Radiation safety and as low as reasonably achievable ("ALARA") principles
- Infection control and safe handling of contrast agents (where applicable)
competency, prior to placement, in the following:
- Radiation safety and dose recording
- Patient safety and identification
- Universal precautions and Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE")
- Contrast administration safety (if applicable)
- Emergency procedures, including code response
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPPA") and patient confidentiality
- EPIC Radiant or other applicable AGFA Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS")
- Accurate documentation and safe handoff practices

Radiologic and Interventional Radiology ("IR") Technologists:
- Current and valid California licensure: California Registered Technologist
- ("CRT") issued by California Department of Public Health ("CDPH"),
- Radiologic Health Branch ("RHB").
- Current and valid California licensure from the American Registry of
- Radiologic Technologists ("ARRT") (RT).
- Current and valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation ("CPR") certification
- from the American Heart Association.
- Fluoroscopy permit (for applicable roles)
