Primary Care in Northern Indiana

Practice Overview
- Join an established FQHC team with family medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, chiropractic, and support staff all under one roof
- Work at a well-equipped clinic site that includes primary care plus on-site ancillary services
- Collaborate closely with APPs, serving as a supervising physician while building your patient panel
- Flexible schedule with 32 patient-facing hours plus 8 hours of administrative time and a structure that allows for a potential four-day workweek
- Manageable pace with an average of three patients per hour
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary up to $240,000 plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable collaborating with and overseeing advanced practice providers
