Job Qualifications
Strong proficiency on primary instrument or voice, with the ability to demonstrate technique and musicality to students.
Basic knowledge of music theory, pedagogy, and lesson planning, appropriate for beginner to intermediate level instruction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of varying ages and skill levels.
Dependability and professionalism, including punctuality, preparedness, and a willingness to receive mentorship and feedback.
