Staffmark is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join a high-performing manufacturing operation in Alexandria, MN. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CNC professional who values accuracy, consistency, and teamwork in a clean, well-organized production environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $23.58-$28.75 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, and program CNC and manual machines following blueprints and machining instructions
  • Perform secondary machining operations such as deburring and stamping
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tolerance and quality standards
  • Complete basic machine maintenance while maintaining 5S and organizational standards
  • Cross-train on additional equipment to support production needs and workflow efficiency
  • Follow all safety policies to maintain a safe, compliant work environment
