Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM & 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM (25 hours/week)
Remote Status: On-Site

At The Arc of Washington County, we're looking for safe, reliable drivers to transport individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to programs, outings, and activities. This isn't just another driving job - you'll be part of a team that helps people live more independently and stay connected to their community.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience driving larger passenger vehicles (vans, extended SUVs, or mini-buses) is required
Must be 21 or older with a valid U.S. driver's license for at least 2 years
High School Diploma or GED required
Physically able to lift/transfer at least 50 lbs and provide hands-on support when needed
Able to attend new hire training, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM for two weeks
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
