Richtech Robotics is looking for a capable Technical Solutions Specialist to bring on to our team Our Technical Solutions Specialists work directly with our clients to assist with installations and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python and C++ in order to work with our robots.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to arrange work, quality control, and check assignments given to the Tech team
  • Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs
  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations
  • Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components
  • Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options, and suggesting a course of action
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
  • Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Aid the product installation process, be able to install the products
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Experience using Python and C++
  • A passion for technology
  • A background in tech
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing, and able to travel to multiple sites, including out of state, extra travel compensation applies
