Shift Details:

• Monday-Thursday | 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
• 10% Shift Differential
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Chandler Industries is a precision machining and sheet metal fabrication company with five facilities across Minnesota and one in Mexico, serving a wide range of industries with high-quality, close-tolerance components.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines producing precision parts
• Edit and troubleshoot EIA/ISO (G-Code) programs
• Work with HAAS and FANUC-based controls
• Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and tight tolerances
• Contribute to a team focused on craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong knowledge of HAAS and FANUC controls
• Proven ability to set up, run, and inspect precision components
• A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Compensation

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
