Welcome to our Trauma/SCC Surgeon and SICU Director Opportunity We are excited to announce that our Level I trauma center is looking for a dedicated Trauma/SCC Surgeon and SICU Director to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to trauma patients and are ready to take on a leadership role in our Critical Care Fellowship program, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based trauma care following established guidelines Lead the multi-disciplinary care team for trauma patients Establish and oversee a Critical Care Fellowship program Collaborate with the general surgery residency program Develop comprehensive care plans for vulnerable populations, including geriatric patients Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Trauma Surgery Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care preferred Experience in trauma care and critical care management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Benefits: Competitive salary range of $425,107-565,494 Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment For more jobs like this, check out .
