Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Multi-Modality CT/X-Ray Technologist with current ARRT(CT), ARRT(R), and Wisconsin licensure for weekend night shifts. Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based diagnostic imaging department Perform both CT and general radiography procedures Weekend night shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Adult and pediatric patient populations Use of advanced diagnostic imaging and image capture equipment Maintain active status in all practiced imaging modalities Assist with clinical leadership and support department projects as requested Corroborate patient clinical history and document relevant information for radiologist Prepare patients for procedures and provide patient education Position and immobilize patients to optimize imaging outcomes Prepare and administer contrast media as indicated and start intravenous access when appropriate Initiate basic life support actions when necessary Provide practical instruction for students and colleagues Maintain supply inventory and participate in equipment decisions Follow universal protocols, standard precautions, and use appropriate patient identifiers Requirements Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) Current Wisconsin DSPS radiographer license required BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required Competence in all exams performed within assigned CT and radiography modalities License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-660227.
