Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to provide strategic direction and execute complex cross-functional marketing campaigns.
-
This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies that increase product and brand awareness, driving go-to-market (GTM) activities, and managing partnerships with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
-
The position requires strong expertise in contract execution, licensing workflows, sales/marketing operations, and the ability to deliver measurable business results through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
-
Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product categories, including emerging areas such as AI.
-
Develop marketing campaigns that increase user growth, engagement, and adoption of new/existing features.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to align deliverables and ensure compliance.
-
Define strategic objectives, budgets, and content plans in collaboration with senior marketing leadership.
-
Oversee media planning and manage relationships with global media teams and agencies.
-
Negotiate sponsorships, partnerships, and vendor engagements to optimize marketing impact.
-
Create and implement marketing communications strategies to amplify awareness across channels.
-
Lead ROI measurement and reporting using CRM or project management systems, tracking campaign impact on pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.

Manage logistics for events, campaigns, and activations, including vendors, registration platforms, gifting, and AV requirements.

Foster inclusive team collaboration by promoting DEI, ensuring psychological safety, and supporting multiple perspectives.
Experience:
-
9+ years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, or related marketing fields.
-
4-5 years of experience in unified user marketing strategies, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
-
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects, managing agencies/vendors, and delivering business results.
-
Background in media operations, including placement, analysis, and campaign optimization.
-
Experience in mobile app ecosystems, digital platforms, or marketplace environments preferred.
