**Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist** **Exciting Job Description:** - **Position:** Occupational Therapist - **Location:** Napa, California - **New Grads Welcome** - **Work in Home Health:** Home health experience preferred but not required. - **Territory Areas:** - **Area #1:** Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City - **Area #2:** Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont - **Area #3:** San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore - **Flexible Work Options:** - **Guaranteed Hours:** - Minimum productivity: 27 points per week - 36 hours guaranteed - Flexibility to travel outside of area or work weekends - Refusing patients affects guarantee - **Non-Guaranteed Hours:** - May require weekend coverage - Opportunity to secure full caseload by going outside the service area - Able to refuse patients - Willingness to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients - **Visit Types and Points:** - OASIS ReCertification, Routine visits, Evaluation visits, Discharge visits, etc. convert to points and hours. - **Credential Requirements:** - Current California Occupational Therapist License - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Valid Driver’s License - Auto insurance and registration - Annual TB test - Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual) - Drug screen and physical examination - **Important Information:** - Your agency’s contract must align with the job confirmation - All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at application **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
