Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a leader in workplace refreshments and convenience services, is looking for a Coin Room Lead to oversee all operations related to cash and coin processing. This key role ensures accuracy, security, and efficiency in managing currency from our vending operations while supporting a safe and organized work environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead daily operations in the coin room including sorting, counting, and reconciling cash and coin
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial counts, deposits, and reports
  • Maintain compliance with company cash-handling procedures and security standards
  • Oversee coin room associates and assist with training and performance management
  • Monitor inventory of coin and currency supplies
  • Coordinate with route and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and ensure proper machine functionality
  • Assist with identifying discrepancies and resolving cash variances
Travel Requirement
  • This role may require occasional drive time to branch locations in:
    • Elizabethtown, KY
    • Clarksville, TN
  • Travel will be for training, operational support, or team coordination as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in cash handling or coin processing preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy
  • Ability to work in a secure, fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to run reports
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Willingness to travel to Elizabethtown, KY, and Clarksville, TN as required
