Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Entry level-Internship)

Location: Monroe, NC

Payrange : $25-32/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Drive understanding of operational performance by developing and maintaining production reporting data analysis tools to support quick decision-making.

• Build Dashboard with PowerBI and PowerApps to track production and equipment data

• Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to implement new systems for equipment launches or modifications.

• Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and data management for assembly and inspection equipment

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering and/or Science discipline from an accredited institution.

• Preferably in electrical, systems, or industrial engineering.

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly process development, evaluation, and support.

• Graduate or Internship experience developing dashboards with Power BI or PowerApps

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
