LOCATION: 760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY

HOURS: 7:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will:

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the inventory and operations team. This may include but not limited to; the processing of all vendor receipts, maintaining adequate inventory levels of core items in stock room and reconciling inventory discrepancies.

  • Train purchasing team members on proper shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
  • Pick lab orders as placed in a timely manner.
  • Receiving and reconciling of incoming inventory against our purchase orders.
  • Responsible for replenishment of laboratory supplies from existing inventory on a daily basis.
  • Complete an accurate physical inventory count at each month-end.
  • Provide management with recommendations on inventory levels and item obsolescence.
  • Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

All you need is:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Basic computer and Microsoft comprehension
  • Ability to work independently
  • Superior attention to detail

Salary Range is $20.00 - 25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.
