Your Qualifications:
- A heart for serving patients and families with a dedication to outstanding care
- Education: Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution
- Licensure: Current state license as a social worker
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings
- Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
