Overview:

Join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, focused on providing critical site support. This role is located in Lansdale, PA, with occasional travel (10% or less) to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Azure/Active Directory tasks, including adding new systems to the network and unlocking/resetting user account passwords.
  • Handle hardware responsibilities such as installation, equipment relocation, BIOS patches, and troubleshooting desktop systems.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain network availability, including custom patch cable creation and use of Netscout network analyzer.
  • Administer VOIP systems (like Zoom and Teams), address connectivity issues, make programming changes, and deploy new services.
  • Install and deploy licensed software while ensuring adherence to software asset management policies.
  • Provision and deploy workstations through documented processes and use imaging tools like Acronis for deploying systems with current OS patches.
  • Ensure all user workstations are up to date with necessary security patches.
  • Maintain virus and spam protection; manage printer repairs and configuration with vendors like HP and Canon.
  • Provide mobile device management and troubleshooting support.
  • Participate in daily huddles to review ticket statuses and enhance user response and resolution times.
  • Ensure compliance with IT Asset Management processes to meet annual goal deliverables supporting DFARS and CMMC certifications.
  • Contribute suggestions for area improvements and engage in Lean/Six Sigma activities to foster cross-functional problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A+ Certification with knowledge of PC Architecture.
  • 5 years of experience in network technical troubleshooting within a corporate WAN environment.
  • 5 years of experience supporting and deploying VOIP solutions.
  • 5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management and vendor account management.
  • 5 years of experience deploying end-user hardware via automated solutions.
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in engagement, accountability, and teamwork.
