Job Summary: As a Technical Recruiter at Zenex Partners, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for our largest semiconductor client based in San Jose, CA. This is a contract position requiring a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and proven expertise in technical recruiting.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job requisition through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to advise on recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the semiconductor industry or related technical fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical roles such as software engineers, hardware engineers, and other semiconductor professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for semiconductor positions.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
